We provide customization to all of our espadrilles. Reach out here for more info.

Shipping policy

We ship to almost all countries. Feel free to reach out to us if you don't see yours, and we will gladly add it to our list.

As we hand sew each of our espadrilles we produce, our espadrilles take from  7 - 8 business days to ship from our warehouse.

To estimate the arrival of your order, you will need to consider the time the espadrille takes to be shipped from our warehouse and the shipping service you have purchased.

We take strict hygiene measurements to maintain all of our clients, artisans, and family safe during this period.

Returns and exchanges

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be eligible for a return or refund if your item is, 1. A different model from the one you ordered 2. A different size from the one you ordered 3.A different color from the one you ordered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Reach out to us here!

We only replace espadrilles if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same reasons, send us an email at support@lamanual.com.

You can do it with your preferred courier or reach out to us for our partner couriers who provide pick up service. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.  Contact us here!

Size

All of our espadrilles shoes are in European (EU) size. We created a small chart to help all of you to get a perfect size!

If you are not sure about your size, you can measure your feet from the longest toe till the heel. Learn more here.
